As a small business, Oxomo Body Care aims to fulfill orders promptly, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing and shipping. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details for your convenience. Product Care
All Oxomo Body Care products do contain natural, organic, ingredients. While some of our oil based products such as our lip balms and beard oil contain Tocopherol(Vitamin E) to keep the product from oxidizing, our other lotions, creams, and serums do contain Ecocert or Cosmos standard preservatives to ensure the safety and quality of our products. Each product contains a period-after-opening symbol or PAO symbol that identifies the useful lifetime of a cosmetic product after its package has been opened for the first time. For most of our products that window is usually between 9-12 months. Many of our products can be stored in the refrigerator for added care or to enhance the experience of using them. However, all products should be stored in a cool, dry, place, away from the sun, when they are not in use.
